Torch Magazine was published for 24 years - in 1951, and again in 1967-1989. Foy E. Wallace was the editor the first year. William Wallace edited it in 1967-1969, with Jack L. Holt and Billy K. Farris following in 1970, and with James P. Needham the remainder of time that it was published. In addition to the editors, a number of other well-known preachers among churches of Christ contributed articles to this magazine.
